Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Knockout Carnival is developed and published by StrikezoneLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you play Knockout Carnival, use its online features, make supported in-game purchases, or visit the official StrikezoneLabs website.
1. Information That May Be Processed
StrikezoneLabs does not ask you to submit a real name, postal address, or payment-card number through the game. The game and the services it relies on may process limited information needed to operate game features, including:
- Platform and account identifiers: identifiers provided by supported platforms and online services, such as a Steam ID or Epic Online Services (EOS) identifier/Product User ID, plus a display name and limited account/profile information made available by the platform.
- Game and profile data: progression, virtual currency balances, unlocked cosmetics and rewards, Solo Chaos progress, and other gameplay/profile information required to provide game features.
- Purchase, redeem-code, and security records: limited transaction or order identifiers, purchase status, product/offer information, redeem-code events, ban status, and anti-abuse/security records where needed to validate purchases, grant rewards, prevent fraud, or protect online services.
- Website analytics data: if you choose to accept optional analytics on the StrikezoneLabs website, Google Analytics may process information such as browser/device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate geographic information, and analytics identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed only as reasonably necessary to operate and support Knockout Carnival and the StrikezoneLabs website, including to:
- Authenticate players and connect supported Steam and Epic/EOS accounts to game services
- Provide multiplayer, lobby, matchmaking, presence, and cross-platform features where enabled
- Load, save, protect, and synchronize player progress and profile data
- Validate supported purchases and grant virtual currency or other purchased content
- Operate redeem codes, bans, fraud prevention, security, and support workflows
- Diagnose technical problems and improve the game and website
- Measure website traffic when you have accepted optional analytics
3. Legal Bases in the EEA/UK
Where European data-protection law applies, processing may be based on the performance of the service you request, legitimate interests such as operating and securing the game, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required. Optional website analytics are not enabled until you choose to accept them through the website privacy controls.
4. Data Storage and Cloud Saves
The player profile is primarily stored in encrypted form on your device. Supported platform cloud-save services may synchronize game files where enabled, including Steam Cloud and Epic platform/cloud-save services.
StrikezoneLabs also uses backend services hosted on Microsoft Azure for limited operational records related to supported purchases, redeem codes, bans/security, and related service functions. The full player profile is not currently stored as a StrikezoneLabs cloud profile on this backend.
StrikezoneLabs does not store payment-card numbers or card security codes.
5. Third-Party Services
Knockout Carnival and the StrikezoneLabs website rely on third-party services that process information under their own terms and privacy policies. These may include:
- Valve / Steam: storefront, account authentication, Steamworks features, multiplayer/platform services, purchases, and Steam Cloud where used. See Valve's Privacy Policy.
- Epic Games / Epic Online Services (EOS): Epic Games Store features, account and cross-platform online services, authentication/connect services, multiplayer-related features, and supported cloud features where used. See Epic Games' Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Azure: hosting for limited StrikezoneLabs backend services used for purchase validation, redeem-code/security functions, and related operational records. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- Google Analytics: optional analytics for the StrikezoneLabs website only, enabled after you accept analytics through the website privacy controls. See Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Website Cookies and Analytics Choices
The StrikezoneLabs website uses a privacy control for optional Google Analytics. Analytics storage is denied by default and the Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics. If you reject optional analytics, the site remains usable without Google Analytics being loaded.
Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember it. You can change your choice later by selecting Privacy settings in the website footer.
7. Purchases
Payment details are handled by the storefront or payment platform through which you make the purchase, such as Steam or the Epic Games Store. StrikezoneLabs may receive limited transaction/order identifiers and transaction status information needed to validate a purchase and grant the corresponding in-game content, but does not receive or store your payment-card number.
8. Sharing and Sale of Data
StrikezoneLabs does not sell player personal data. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the game, website, payments, cloud/platform features, security, support, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Retention, Access, and Deletion
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Local game data remains on your device unless it is deleted or synchronized through a platform cloud service. Limited backend records may be retained as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud/security prevention, transaction support, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations.
If you want to ask what StrikezoneLabs data is associated with you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or exercise another privacy right, contact us using the address below. Some platform-controlled data must be managed directly through Steam, Epic Games, or the relevant platform provider.
10. Children’s Privacy
StrikezoneLabs does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly through the game or website. Platform accounts, parental controls, and age-related requirements may also be governed by the applicable storefront or online-service provider. If you believe personal information has been provided to StrikezoneLabs by a child in a way that should not have occurred, please contact us.
11. Security
StrikezoneLabs uses technical and organizational measures appropriate to the services it operates, including encrypted local player-profile storage and limited server-side validation/security controls. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for consent-based processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and may not apply to data controlled directly by a third-party platform.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, website, or services change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
