These Terms of Service apply to Knockout Carnival, developed and published by StrikezoneLabs. By playing the game or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Game Access

Knockout Carnival may be available through supported platforms such as Steam and, in the future, other storefronts. Access to the game may also be subject to the terms and policies of the platform you use.

2. Player Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, use unauthorized software, disrupt online services, or attempt to gain unfair advantages in the game.

3. Multiplayer and Online Features

Online features may require an internet connection and supported platform services. StrikezoneLabs may update, change, limit, or remove online features when needed for security, maintenance, gameplay balance, or technical reasons.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

Knockout Carnival may include virtual currency, cosmetics, or other virtual items. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchases of virtual currency and virtual items are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made, such as Steam or another supported store. StrikezoneLabs does not directly process platform payments or store payment card information.

6. Bans and Restrictions

StrikezoneLabs may restrict access to online features if a player cheats, abuses exploits, harasses others, attempts fraud, or violates these terms.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the game, website, features, content, pricing, or these terms over time. Continued use of the game or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Knockout Carnival, StrikezoneLabs, logos, characters, artwork, gameplay content, and related materials are owned by StrikezoneLabs or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute game content without permission.

The game and website are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep everything working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the game or website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
